Our Story

Casa DuMar was founded with a passion for providing unforgettable vacation experiences for the whole family. We’re a husband-and-wife team who fell in love with the beauty, warmth, and culture of Puerto Rico. We started our vacation rental journey with a simple dream: to create a welcoming space where families and friends can come together, relax, and make unforgettable memories.

Our home is designed for comfort, fun, and connection. With 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths, a private pool, and room for up to 10 guests, it’s the perfect getaway for family vacations, reunions, and group trips. Whether you’re here to soak up the sun on the nearby beaches, explore the vibrant energy of San Juan and La Placita, or simply unwind by the pool, we want your stay to feel like home.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 12pm and checkout is 12pm

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, we require a minimum stay of 4 nights.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property.

What is included in the rental?

Our Airbnb is fully equipped for a comfortable stay! We provide fresh linens, towels, basic toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen with cooking essentials, high-speed WI-FI, and more.

What are the house rules?

No smoking inside of the home
No parties or events
Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
Respect the property & neighbors

Is parking available?

Yes! We offer parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Is the neighborhood safe?

Yes, we always recommend general travel safety precautions, such as locking doors when you leave.

Are there any additional fees?

The total cost of your stay includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, and Airbnbs service fee. There are no hidden charges. Additional fees may apply for extra guests or special requests.

How far is the property from popular attractions?

We are conveniently located in the metro area, we are a 5minute drive from the local beach, 30 minutes to old San Juan, 15 minutes to the Bacardi distillery, 25 minutes to San Juan aiport.

**These times are during normal traffic hours.

Who do I contact if I have an issue during my stay?

We are always available to assist you! You can message us via Airbnb app or shoot us an email here and we will respond as quickly as possible.
